Replaces a route's source, target, depth, and bypass under an exact gate.
Identity is pinned the way SetModulator pins it, and for the same reason. The gate covers the whole route rather than the depth alone: a route has no performed field, so there is no high-frequency edit for a narrow gate to protect, and inventing one would be vocabulary bought with nothing.
enabled is gated like every other member. A disabled route keeps its identity, depth, and target so that re-enabling restores what was there, which is only true if a bypass is a value an edit states rather than a state an edit discards.
