Detailed Description

One step in one lane.

A trivially-copyable POD so patterns memcpy cleanly. flags bit 0 is "enabled"; higher bits are reserved for tie/accent/etc. This is the reference cell; a Config may substitute any trivially-copyable, copy-assignable, default-constructible cell type.
