Detailed Description

A partial set. Fixed capacity; copying one is a memcpy, never an allocation.

Member Function Documentation

◆ add()

bool pulp::signal::VoiceTable::add ( const VoicePartial & p)
inline

◆ clear()

void pulp::signal::VoiceTable::clear ( )
inline

Member Data Documentation

◆ count

int pulp::signal::VoiceTable::count = 0

◆ harmonic

bool pulp::signal::VoiceTable::harmonic = true

Whether inharmonicity_B applies.

A harmonic-typed voice (organ, piano, tine) gets the stiff-string stretch layered on top of its ratios; a modal voice (bell) does not, because its ratios are already absolute measurements of a body's modes and stretching them would be applying a string's physics to a casting.

◆ kMaxPartials

int pulp::signal::VoiceTable::kMaxPartials = 256
staticconstexpr

◆ partials

std::array<VoicePartial, kMaxPartials> pulp::signal::VoiceTable::partials {}
