Derives what a compiled program may honestly claim about being replayed.
The claim is derived from the program's selected provider and its compiled arrangement declaration, so it cannot drift from what the compiler actually lowered. When arrangement is active, registered content can weaken reproducibility or require buffered production and lookahead; inactive arrangement metadata cannot weaken a freeze, take, or future provider.
