Detailed Description

Migration namespace for the unshipped Round-2 spelling whose template arity conflicts with the established slot matrix.

Compatibility spelling for Round 2 code that briefly treated the event multiplier as precision-specialised.

Code written against the Round-2 prompt can use round2::ModMatrixT<Sources, Destinations, T> while the shipped pulp::signal::ModMatrixT<MaxSlots, T> remains source-compatible.

The event engine stores only integer counters, so the parameter never selected behavior.
