pulp::host::sequencing::prob_gate Namespace Reference

Classes

struct  Instance

Typedefs

using Prob = signal::ProbGate

Functions

float prob_gate_worst_case_gain ()
 Worst-case linear gain for the Forge registry (series law 8).
CustomNodeType make_prob_gate_node (std::uint32_t seed=Prob::kProbSeed)
 seed is registration-time (law 2): changing the seed is how you roll again, and that is a composition decision rather than an automation lane.
ForgeNodeDescriptor descriptor ()

Variables

constexpr const char * kTypeId = "sequencing.prob_gate"
constexpr state::ParamID kProbabilityPct = 1
constexpr state::ParamID kReset = 2

◆ descriptor()

ForgeNodeDescriptor pulp::host::sequencing::prob_gate::descriptor ( )
inline

◆ make_prob_gate_node()

CustomNodeType pulp::host::sequencing::prob_gate::make_prob_gate_node ( std::uint32_t seed = Prob::kProbSeed)

seed is registration-time (law 2): changing the seed is how you roll again, and that is a composition decision rather than an automation lane.

A baked artifact therefore plays the SAME probabilistic performance on every render, which is the whole point of a seeded chance gate.

◆ prob_gate_worst_case_gain()

float pulp::host::sequencing::prob_gate::prob_gate_worst_case_gain ( )

Worst-case linear gain for the Forge registry (series law 8).

No feedback path. The output is a boolean level: a trigger is passed at kGateHigh or blocked at kGateLow, whatever the input amplitude was.
