Pulp-owned UI-thread bridge from a concrete Standalone/plugin/constrained host to ControlGpuHealthProvider.
The callbacks also make the same adapter usable by headless and Forge canaries without depending on a native window implementation. Capture completion is the explicit endpoint only for a provider configured as headless_capture_complete. Visible Standalone, DAW, and Forge roles require an independent native compositor timestamp; capture completion never substitutes for their presentation endpoint.
