Coalesces StateStore presentation-name changes and republishes only the affected stable parameter IDs from the host's main thread.
The publisher owns a paced main-thread poll rather than observing names from an audio callback. Polling and host notification may allocate, lock, and re-enter the host; none of that work is reachable from Render() or ProcessBufferLists().

| void pulp::format::au::ParameterDisplayNamePublisher::poll_main_thread | ( | ) |
Drain once on the caller's control/main thread.
The paced poll and control-thread adapter entrypoints share this operation.
| void pulp::format::au::ParameterDisplayNamePublisher::start | ( | state::StateStore & | store, |
| Notify | notify ) |
Snapshot the current stable parameter list and begin the paced main-thread poll.
Repeated calls replace the prior publication target.

noexcept |
Stop future polls and retire queued callbacks without touching the host.
